VOLRO – made from whole grain and rye groats – is the crispy snack for in-between meals and also an excellent accompaniment to a stylish apéritif. The carefully selected ingredients are almost exclusively from sustainable cultivation and give the cracker its natural, unadulterated taste.
The VOLRO Cracker was developed by Dr. Dr. h.c. Adolf Roos (1888–1974) and Karl Jakob (1877–1941). Dr. Roos recognized early on the connection between balanced nutrition, thorough chewing, and healthy teeth.
Our recommendation: Fleur de Sel and alpine flowers harmonize particularly well with salmon, fish mousse, and other fine fish dishes.
