Our Honey Leckerli is the ancestor of the Basler Leckerli. In historical recipe books, it is referred to as "yellow Läckerli" – named after its unglazed surface, as sugar was a precious commodity back then.
We have remained true to this original recipe to this day: with a particularly high honey content, little sugar, and cinnamon as the only traditional Leckerli spice. Carefully selected, natural ingredients and genuine craftsmanship give our Honey Leckerli its unmistakable character.
